Grand Hub Pharma is an Egyptian joint-stock company specialized in the distribution of medicines, cosmetics, and medical supplies. The company utilizes an innovative operating model and a robust distribution network established through regional hubs to cover pharmacies across all Egyptian govern-orates via its shareholders (the distribution warehouse sector.

Our Strategic Role
– The Vital Link: We aim to be the primary connection between pharmaceutical manufacturers, the warehouse sector, the retail sector, and health services.

– Infrastructure: We rely on strong infrastructure and digital systems to enhance the efficiency of the pharmaceutical supply chain in Egypt.

– Compliance: We collaborate with all pharmaceutical stakeholders (distributors, producers, pharmacies, and the National Food Safety Authority) to implement and achieve Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) standards and updates from the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

– Extended Services: We provide logistics, marketing, and operational support services for pharmacies dealing with our shareholders.

– Establish and operate the first 3 regional hubs in major governorates, eventually expanding to 7 hubs.
– Each hub will manage 30–40 shareholder warehouses, totaling approximately 250 warehouses across Egypt.
– Implement Track & Trace systems in compliance with Egyptian Drug Authority decisions.
– Secure direct contracts with major production companies.
– Achieve maximum distribution coverage for pharmacies nationwide.
– Launch a Mobile App and offer third-party logistics/storage services.

– Expand beyond 7 regional hubs across the Republic.
– Incorporate import, export, and contract manufacturing activities.
